Our Billing
Office handles all questions regarding billing and insurance. Please

713-776-9500 or 1-800-833-4197 Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m.
to 4:00 p.m.
Our goal is to guide you through the medical billing process. The
Billing Office will prepare and file your insurance claims for you
based on the information you provide our office. To process your
claim correctly, it is essential that you provide us with accurate
and complete insurance information. We ask the patient to bring
your current insurance cards to each visit.

Ultimate Responsibility
The Billing and Insurance department of Diagnostic Cardiology of
Houston, P.A. will file
claims to primary and secondary insurance carriers as a courtesy
to our patients. Medical insurance is ultimately a contract between
the patient and his/her insurance company. It is the patients responsibility
to monitor the processing and payment of their claims. After payment
or a non-response from the insurance carrier, the outstanding balance
will be transferred to the patients responsibility.
Payment Policy
Co-pays and deductibles are due and payable at the time of the visit.
If you have a financial hardship, please advise us at the time of
registration. Payment plans can be provided to assist you.
